Dawn was a great person to work with. She was very professional, yet fun to be with and talk too. She was very knowledgeable in every area. We could ask her anything she is always had the answer. After vetting several realtor’s, Brandi was a referral from my daughter-in-law in California. My sister had passed away unexpectedly and I need a trustworthy realtor in Sarasota, since I live in Maryland. I contacted Brandi and from the beginning she went above and beyond working to get the house sold. The house was in disrepair, so it was being sold “As Is”. That didn’t deter Brandi at all.
