Living the dream in sunny Southwest Florida. Originally, from New Hampshire while I enjoyed all of our seasons, summer has always been my favorite. I moved to Florida in the early 2000's and have become a fan of the beautiful Florida landscape. I have spent several years as an investor and remodeling properties, as well as the hospitality business. Now, I would like to offer my knowledge of the area and my love of helping people. Sunny Southwest Florida, has so much to offer, no matter if you are looking for wide open spaces with acreage to raise animals, a place to call home and raise your children, or a house on the beach, where you would like to spend your winters... we have it all! List or buy with Lesicia

I looked at condos with Lesicia, she was excellent in every way. She took her time with me showed me eight different condos. Within two days I found a condo I wanted made an offer closed about a month later. She is a wonderful agent and a nice person, call her you'll be glad you did.
