He very patiently explained the process and helped us land the lovely home we now have North Port. We ran into some small holdups on the seller's side and Bob helped us navigate finding the appropriate vendors to ensure we were getting the best products and reliable service. In addition, he assisted with finding a mortgage company that was doing the best for us! I would recommend Bob to anyone!

Carla went above and beyond on every occasion. She was exactly where she needed to be everytime. She made me feel like a priority above everyone else. She answered my calls at almost all times of the day. If I ever bought or sold a house or knew anyone that needed her service she would be on the top of my list. After all is done and after all she has done for us I would call her a friend and if she ever needed anything of me I would gladly help her.

When we decided to purchase a property, we called another agent, and got a text back to say are you really interested or just browsing. Then we called Shari. We hear from her promptly and within two days we were looking a 5 properties and eventually bought one. She was awesome and as we were not from Florida, she helped out with checking our property out, gave us options for inspections and contractors when we needed them.
