I worked with Carla on my long search for a home. Throughout the process, my budget changed, my location preferences changed and like every area of the country, there was limited inventory. Throughout the process, Carla communicated and sent new listings and showed me those on the same day of listing. She spent hours with me some days showing multiple properties and always worked with my schedule to make sure I was able to see properties. Despite looking at over 15 properties, she never stopped communicating and sending me properties. After placing offers on a few properties that were outbid, I finally found the one. She worked to coordinate everything and was available when I needed to access the property for inspections without any hesitation. Carla’s strength is her communication. In working with her for two months, I never had a text or call go unanswered. On closing day, Carla made sure every term in the deal was accurate before I signed.
