We had a great experience selling our Venice Gardens (venice, fl) home with Anna. Anna helped guide us through the whole process. Anna always had our best interest in mind and really knows her market!

I have been staying in Venice for the last five days looking for homes in the area. Marietta Ashcraft has been taking extremely good care of me and my wife (who is home) with finding a new home which we did yesterday. I ended up purchasing a home in the area and we could not be happier. I am truly amazed at the kind, courteous and real estate knowledge that Marietta displayed. This is the sixth new house that I have purchased in my life and I have never met a more honest and knowledgeable person who explains house buying the way she does. Every single question that I asked of her was answered in a very knowledgeable and professional manner. Her customer service is second to none! I have never written a review on a Realtor, she is number one in our books. You can rest assured that my wife and I will be recommending Marietta and Gulf Shores Realty to any and all friends of ours that are looking for real estate in the area.
