John helped my husband and I find our home a couple of years ago and also recently helped us sell our home, so we have had the pleasure of working with him on both sides of the real estate transaction. This being our first home buying experience we had a lot of questions and were unsure of what to expect. John was so helpful and reassuring in our home search and through the purchase process, it really made things much easier and helped ease some of our anxiety. He looked at many properties with us and was always available when we had questions or needed guidance. In selling our home he was just as helpful and willing to do whatever was needed. Our situation was a difficult one as we had already moved out of our house but John was willing to go out of his way if needed to go to the house when we were unable to make it for certain events. I would recommend John to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home, you will not regret it.

I was selling my mom's Venice Condo in the Bella Costa Complex. My wife and I had just moved to Punta Gorda. I saw a flyer in my mom's mail with Sheila's name and update on Bella Costa Real Estate Market, which was helpful to me to see what properties had sold. She had done her homework and knows Bella Costa so I took a chance, as I didn't have many options. Sheila is very Professional, Knowledgeable, and an Experienced Real Estate Agent!! The Sale had a few snags (Lenders fault), but Sheila swiftly got the sale completed. One last thing that I was very Impressed with is she answers her phone (even on vacation in PERU) and texts almost immediately! Highly recommend Sheila Allaire!! Thanks Again Sheila!!
