Above and beyond

Phil always went above and beyond to get the answers I needed to make the best decision possible. I heard about the market in Venice Florida and how difficult it was to land a bed and a house. Phil got our house on the first try. We did not even experience any of the real estate problems we heard about the area afterward, he had someone come over and clean our house once we closed. He answered questions for almost a year before we actually pulled the trigger and bought a house. He was very helpful and I highly recommend him.
