After trying to act as my own buying agent scouring zillow for properties and guessing my way through several failed offers, I was looking for a real estate agent with both knowledge of the Manatee County market and moral character that I could trust to look out for my family's best interests. I am lucky that I found Michelle. Not only does she have those qualities, she also knows how to best communicate with me, other agents, other professionals with warm respect and blunt clarity. Originally we priced my home high because my timeline allowed some room to test the market waters.
