Due to her patients I saw the value in having her do the work for me. She was most knowledgeable when it came to every situation that irised furring this process. She made me feel so comfortable with each and every step. I would refer her to everyone I know. She spent countless personal time making sure the property was secured for me when demand for houses in FL extremely outstripped supply. I could call it luck being at the right place at the right time, but I can't because I resided out of state doing all of this remotely... it was Janette who made sure she was at the right place at the right time to secure a rare opportunity.
