Socha was referred to us through the realtor network when we wanted to find someone to quickly set up and show us homes during a limited timeframe; boy did she deliver! From finding the properties that fit our parameters, to setting up a tight schedule of viewings, to helping us work through what was going to work for our particular needs, she professionally and with genuine caring, helped us through every step. When we decided to go with a new home under construction, she was there for us through the entire process, even working with the builder to make sure things were finished satisfactorily. I cannot recommend her enough to Anyone looking to buy or sell a property. She will go above and beyond to make sure you have a successful real estate transaction and a wonderful relationship that will continue even after! We were truly blessed to have met and worked with Socha!

Charles did an excellent job helping us find the right property to purchase for our needs and he negotiated a price with the seller that fit within our budget. Charles was a very good communicator and he was always responsive to our calls and needs. We were fortunate to work with him and he went the extra mile to guide us through out the process.
