400 real estate agents in FL, 34240

I'm a first time homeowner and went into this experience feeling intimidated and overwhelmed. I had another agent for several months prior to Kerry but struggled to find the right house and found myself doing the majority of research and work. A couple of my coworkers highly recommended Kerry. Within one minute of talking to her on the phone, I knew she was the right fit. She asked the right questions and her suggestions were on point. Within several weeks, I put an offer on a home. Kerry advocated for me and even with multiple offers on the table, they chose me. She was always available for questions, covered every single detail. Needless to say, I slept better through the whole process with her as my agent. I would not hesitate to recommend her to everyone I know.

The entire process was handled perfectly from market analusis to price serring to evaluation of quites and closing. We could not have asked for nore professional assistance and we realized almost 30% over asking with no contingencies.!
