We were referred by Scott's previous happy clients. We think that we were a challenging couple to work with, given the multiple balls we were juggling during the time of this sale. Scott had the patience of Job. Significant, unusual roadblocks (nobody's fault ) seem to pop up in and around the sale. Scott was in control and smoothly took care of all of them. In all likelihood, we would have punted on the home, except for Scott's calm, patient guidance and professionalism. He seemed to anticipate things that we wouldn't have - and handled them.
