From the beginning of my search for the 'perfect house' Dianne asked the right questions to help us both understand what I wanted. Granted, it took a while (my fault) and the road was not always straight (ditto), but Dianne gently brought me back on track each time and eventually my search was over - thanks to her patience and perseverance. During our time together I grew to respect the job of Realtor. Being a realtor is not just a walk through a house and point out the positives! They have to familiarize themselves with the state, local and possibly HOA rules, regulations and requirements. They have to know the local markets to be able to estimate an accurate price of your house or the one you are looking to buy. They know inspectors and many other professionals needed to buy, sell or fix up a house. A big plus is they deal with all that paperwork, as well as myriad other jobs I don't even know about...which is what Dianne did for me time after time. If you are reading this about Dianne, you are curious. I would encourage you to contact her and talk about your dreams and your realities. Listen to what she has to say - I think you will be pleased.

Very professional and attentive. Home sold to first prospect, she understands her clients

I would highly recommend Diane to represent sellers on the sale of their home. She worked with a skilled photographer and drone company to produce great photos and videos of my home in the Meadows. I interviewed multiple agents and am glad I went with Diane. She was knowledgeable about the area and priced my home appropriately. We had 2 offers within 3 days of being on the market and were able to secure an offer over ask. Diane and her team were helpful in coordinating getting the home ready for photos as I live out of state. She also has resources available for helping with getting landscaping done so the home shows in the best light possible. Also, we needed to get a vent fan replaced in the bathroom and she was able to get her handyman to come out and replace it at a reasonable price. Thanks to Diane and her team for ensuring a smooth and successful sale of my home in Sarasota.
