I had the best experience with Shandra from the beginning to the end. She was knowledgeable in all areas. She was very easy to communicate with and always kept me up to date. I would use her again and again.

Shandra was a very special person and I would recommend her to anyone. She helped me so much.

Andrew is a true professional! Today it is truly hard to find a gem of a professional such as Andrew! He was always in contact with me, advising me of the process and went out of his way to ensure that the selling of my house went smoothly. A true asset to the company he works for as well as the real estate field. I would recommend Andrew anytime! KUDOS!!

He helped us find our new home using strategy, love, and patience. We ran him around quite a bit, but he was always happy to be there, and made us feel very comfortable in a crazy process!. He knows the LWR area, market, and his knowledge was a big part of us finding just what we wanted. If any of you are looking for a home, rental, or property manager, I highly recommend him! Feel free to reach out to me for a personal recommendation. Thanks Andrew!

I cannot say enough good things about Andrew Barnard. He has provided me with service and expertise both from a property management perspective and from the selling agent perspective. When I was stressed about getting a renter for my home, Andrew handled everything and rented it within a week! Then when it came time to sell my property not only did he help me make the right decisions and guide me through the process, he was very attentive to the details that I might have otherwise missed. He is very knowledgeable and extremely great to work with. His integrity and work ethic are superior. I highly recommend Andrew Barnard!!!
