She was right on with the houses we were looking for and worked very hard to find what we wanted and could afford. What I was not happy with was the closing agent and the fact that the day before the closing I did not receive the amounts we had to wire down until 5:19 PM the night before and our bank was closed very frustrated with that but that was not Alice,s fault it was the sellers request that this person was used. We closed and everything was good.

She had done her homework and knows Bella Costa so I took a chance, as I didn't have many options. Sheila is very Professional, Knowledgeable, and an Experienced Real Estate Agent!! The Sale had a few snags (Lenders fault), but Sheila swiftly got the sale completed.
