Mike was fantastic. My situation was fairly unique. I needed to sell my father's house in Sarasota after he passed away, but I live overseas so could only meet face-to-face with Mike during one trip. In the middle of the COVID lockdown he managed to keep things moving as much as possible. And all along the way he was always looking out for me - advising to reject lowball offers or unqualified offers - and never trying to pressure me to settle for less in order to sell it fast.
