As seasoned snowbirds who were content to rent and in no rush to buy, we found Christa to be the ideal realtor. She read us accurately and quickly, understood our desires and constraints, and recognized that the right property would need to sell itself. We appreciated her encouraging but not pushy manner. Knowledgeable, pleasant, down to earth and absolutely realistic, Christa guided us forward, simultaneously using her advocacy and negotiating skills while giving us helpful and at times necessary reassurance through all the ensuing steps from offering to closing and beyond. What more could one ask for?

Christa was fantastic. She went above and beyond getting the house in perfect shape before listing. Christa is the one who closed the deal with a lot of offers and counter offers. Trust Christa to get the deal done!

From the moment we spoke she was on it! Found me my home in 1 day & made the entire process seamless! Absolutely adore Christa!!
