Tracy and the team were wonderful in helping us price, market and close the sale of our home. My Father was living there (age 91) and they were very accommodating to him with regards to visits and jumping through hoops to get paperwork signed.

She was right on with the houses we were looking for and worked very hard to find what we wanted and could afford. What I was not happy with was the closing agent and the fact that the day before the closing I did not receive the amounts we had to wire down until 5:19 PM the night before and our bank was closed very frustrated with that but that was not Alice,s fault it was the sellers request that this person was used. We closed and everything was good.

Ilona was an extremely professional realtor that went above and beyond for my family. She got us an offer we had to accept right away… Quick close and Sold over asking price. I would recommend Ilona to anyone and will certainly be using her for my next real estate transaction!
