Keith handled this in the most professional way we have ever experienced! His attention to detail and ability to head off problem areas before they began were remarkable! He, and he alone, was able to keep our closing date on track in spite of the difficulty experienced by the financing party by providing an alternative way to complete the remote contract notarization requirements. Outstanding in all aspects from start to finish

I moved down to St. Petersburg from the DC area in January 2026. Josh came highly recommended from several friends who had used him as their agent when they moved to the area.
