Roger is very easy to speak to. He's patient and thorough. His professionalism and selling skills are a 10! Very pleasant to work with. This was my mother's property, and I will call Roger when I'm ready to sell mine! Roger sold my in-laws home a couple of months ago. He knew what they wanted and a new home was found and purchased with settlement on both houses in the am and in their bed that night!

Jan was great. We are from Ohio and our children and grandchildren live in Florida. We found this home and Jan met with our children and showed them around and we purchased the home sight unseen because of the time Jan spent with them and how knowledgeable she was about handling everything long distance. Real estate purchases are generally not a pleasant experience when it comes to providing all the myriad and detailed responses the buyer must provide. Keith handled this in the most professional way we have ever experienced! His attention to detail and ability to head off problem areas before they began were remarkable! He, and he alone, was able to keep our closing date on track in spite of the difficulty experienced by the financing party by providing an alternative way to complete the remote contract notarization requirements. If we asked a question, Keith either knew the answer or where to find it! All-in-all, Keith is the most professional realtor we have ever encountered! He has our highest recommendation!
