From start to finish, Cindy was there with us every step of the way. Cindy has lived in the area her entire life and knows all the ins and outs of AMI real estate. Cannot express how important it is to have a realtor who has such an immense knowledge of the area you are going to purchase in. Plus, we purchased our property remotely, so Cindy was our eyes and ears throughout the entire process. Thank you Cindy Quinn!

Marni is the best! We've worked with Marni on several purchases and sales of property in the Sarasota area and we could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Her knowledge of the Sarasota real estate market is extensive. Whether you're looking for condos, townhomes, villas, houses or beach getaways, she'll find what you want in your price range. She listens carefully to your needs or wishes and does her best to find properties that provide what you want. When it comes to offers, contracts and closing, Marni has years of experience which translates into getting you the best deal available. She has saved us time and money by carefully reading the fine print and pointing out errors in various legal documents. Marni is professional and courteous but can also be assertive when needed in order to get the best for her clients. We highly recommend working with Marni on both purchases and sales in the Sarasota area.

I've been working with Mike for years on multiple transactions and he never disappoints. He is always professional, reliable, and ethical. I would recommend Mike and his team without reservation when seeking a knowledgable realtor.
