We found a house that we were really interested in and Sharon found out that the sellers wanted to rent back until they came off the waiting list. Our offer included a reasonable rent back provision and that was instrumental in having our offer accepted. I value attention to detail and Sharon not only attends to everything I wanted, but anticipated what I needed. Immediately after we asked her to be our agent, she connected us with a fantastic title company and loan company. This was a three legged team (agent, title, loan) of professionals that worked together to help me navigate through the challenging obstacle course from offer to closing.
