My husband and I have purchased many homes in many states throughout the years. When we decided to move to Saint Petersburg 3 years ago we hired the DJ Soucy group to help us find our home. That’s hard to say when dealing with agents. Jared fought for us and won! Our first 2 home purchases were when Covid was ramping up. Jared was so diligent to make sure we, as well as, the sellers were safe and protected. That meant a lot to us! Our third home purchase was during the insane market that we are only now coming off of. He helped us get that home for under asking and under appraisal!! That was a HUGE thing for us during such a difficult period of time for buyers! DJ’s group is absolutely fabulous and has their clients back! We will absolutely use them again when the time comes!

Being first-time homebuyers AND moving from out of state, we needed someone we could trust and Jennifer was that person. She was extremely responsive and truly had our best interests in mind.
