Buying a home from another state could have been overwhelming, but Chrissy and Dan Brahler with Regal Touch Realty made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and found us the perfect home in a beautiful boating community on the Manatee River. It has everything I was hoping for—including great amenities and our own boat slip. As someone who loves being on the water, I couldn’t be happier. I’m looking forward to exploring the Manatee River, Tampa Bay, and the Gulf Coast, and spending many days fishing and enjoying everything this area has to offer. Because we were relocating from Oklahoma, we couldn’t attend the inspections or closing in person. Chrissy went above and beyond by representing us throughout the entire process. She kept us informed every step of the way, answered our questions promptly, and made sure our interests were protected—even when the closing was delayed while the seller completed repairs. Chrissy and Dan are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about their clients. They made us feel like we were their top priority from start to finish. Thanks to their dedication and hard work, we found not just a beautiful house, but the perfect home for this next chapter of our lives. If you’re looking for real estate professionals who will listen to your needs, work tirelessly on your behalf, and make buying a home a great experience, I highly recommend Chrissy and Dan Brahler and Regal Touch Realty. They exceeded every expectation, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Went above and beyond our expectations ❤️
