We met Chrissy playing pickleball. When we mentioned the possibility of relocating, she took the time to determine what we would be looking for, and then showed us a few properties, quickly leading us to the one we chose. It was new construction and we were out of state. Chrissy visited the site, sent photos and progress reports and maintained communication with us. When it came time for various inspections, she was there! and was thorough. Great personality, very helpful with many aspects of relocating, and we highly recommend her! Incredibly patient, outrageously competent!! My home shopping experience was a 2 1/2 year search. Not knowing what I wanted but knowing what I didn't like, Chrissy helped me drill down to the property and location that would suit my lifestyle and location requirements. Never once was there a nudge to get the process moving more quickly. Suggestions came upon my requesting them, questions answered quickly and email updates kept me informed about inventory and price changes. Once my home selection was made, we breezed through the bidding, acceptance and closing process. This being a cross country move, I needed referrals for every service. Sure enough, as I verbalized the need she had a person who provides that service and speciality. She even pointed out a local brew pub that serves incredible hamburgers.
