We live out of state which presented a lot of challenges in this hot market. Sarah listened carefully and respected our price point and "must haves" only showing us home that met most of our criteria. She gave us virtual tours and tried to see the homes though our filters as she described them. Many homes were gone before we could even put in a bid. Several of our bids were rejected because we insisted on an inspection. Sarah persisted and found us a perfect home that we are confident will give us years of enjoyment.

Took it off the market and listed it again this year at a huge discount. One day our home furnace needed replaced at a substantial expense. That same day Heidi called me with an offer and the rest is history.
