Carri managed the property sale from start to finish. She arranged for all the necessary services to prep the property, e.g., emptying contents of the condo; thorough cleaning of all rooms, walls, cabinets, closets, bathrooms, appliances and garage; carpet cleaning. She compared similar property listings and recommended appropriate sale price. Once listed, Carri followed up with clear direction wrt to required documents so all I had to do was sign where noted. All of her efforts and guidance resulted in an accepted offer within the first week and closing within 3 weeks of initial listing. No issues during the transaction; could not have been any smoother!
