I met Tracey more than 3 years ago, when I was looking at a house she was selling. I liked her helpfulness and personality, so I held on to her card. I was busy caring for my mother, so I put off moving to Sarasota. While visiting my cousin in early January, a unit in the same development came on the market, I called Tracey. She got me in to see it the next day, and we made an offer. The seller countered, I countered back and we came to an agreement on Saturday --2 days after I called Tracey! She helped me through all the necessary paperwork and inspection, and we closed on the 31st of January. It couldn't have gone smoother! She exceeded all my expectations!

Dennis Perkins is an exceptional real estate agent who provided outstanding service during my home search. Living in New York meant I had very limited time to view properties in Florida. Dennis dedicated a significant amount of time to constructing an efficient schedule, allowing us to explore multiple communities and cities across Sarasota County. He possesses extensive knowledge of the local area and has a wonderful personality that makes working with him a pleasure. Furthermore, Dennis is incredibly diligent; if he was ever unsure about a specific detail, he immediately researched the information and followed up with me. He even managed the entire closing process seamlessly after I returned to New York. I highly recommend Dennis to anyone seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and professional real estate partner.

Shannon was the agent we reached out to sell our dad's island home. She was local and knew what we needed to do to sell. She knows the rules of the island and the local vendors. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling on Anna Maria Island.
