He, and he alone, was able to keep our closing date on track in spite of the difficulty experienced by the financing party by providing an alternative way to complete the remote contract notarization requirements. We flew down to Sarasota to see a particular property that was Izabela’s listing. We liked the house, but not the location. She was able to arrange for us to see other houses. We were only in town for 2 days, and on our last day, she was able to arrange to see several houses again. Any kind of question that we would ask her, she would get right back to us. That kind of professionalism sets Izabela apart from others that are too busy to answer questions right away. We weren’t able to get to our final walk-through due to bad weather and the airlines, but Izabela did the walk-through with us via FaceTime. She is so responsible and receptive. And also very kind. If she doesn’t know the answer, she will find it, and report back as soon as she knows. She is also a very kind person. She has offered to stop by our new home to make sure everything is okay while we pack up and move our lives to Sarasota. I would most definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to deal with a true professional.
