I knew very little about real estate transactions before my siblings and I made the decision to sell our parents' house. Charmalyn became our agent and walked us through every step of the process. She made thoughtful, practical , and knowledgeable suggestions. She understood the financial, legal and, and emotional aspects of the sale. She navigated all with wise and godly council. She will be my first go-to person should I need to go through this experience again. Cleveland is a great agent and a pleasure to work with. He helped me with the comps of properties in Lehigh Acres and Fort Myers while I was looking to make offers on investment properties. He also was able to arrange for people to do maintenance for the properties while preparing to sell (yard work, painting, handyman repairs).
