I met Dawn as a referral. She was very instrumental in finding a great home in Fort Myers. She is kind, patient and very thorough. She paid attention to all my wants and needs in acquiring my dream home and saw it through from showing to closing and beyond! A great experience with Dawn!

She stayed on top of the negotiations and kept me we'll informed especially since we had a problem buyer.

Thanks to Frank’s guidance and expertise, we sold our home faster than average in a buyer’s market. His experience shows—he knows what to expect and kept us informed throughout the entire process.

We felt our house was a unicorn that needed the right rep to maximize our sale price. We interviewed several agents who were rigid in the assessment of value of our home. Once we spent time interviewing Melissa we knew she was the right agent. Melissa had a wealth of knowledge of waterfront property in our area. We were able to leverage her experience to come up with a fair price for our home and were able to get $16,000 over asking. We would highly recommend using her on your next home sale. We will be working with her on our next Florida home.

We have bought 9 houses in our 30 years of marriage and Lisa is the best realtor we have ever dealt with! She is knowledgeable, pragmatic and has a comprehensive understanding of every element of the process. She has a great sense of humor but also understands when to be firm. She is great advocate and good negotiator. She is helpful on references for all parts of the transaction and is along side you for every step. She is most responsive and gives her opinions professionally and objectively. We highly recommend her.

We had a wonderful experience working with Christine. She was incredibly responsive, thorough, and attentive throughout the entire home-buying process. She advocated for us, looked out for our best interests, and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. We truly appreciated her professionalism and dedication. Highly recommend!
