We, so, appreciate Tricia Magliola and Kristen Cardoso of Re/Max Nautical Realty for their expertise and dedication during our home buying experience, here, in Punta Gorda, Florida. We came for a visit to see family and decided it was time for an "adventure". After meeting Tricia and Kristen, at an Open House they were representing, we discussed our decision to Move to Punta Gorda and what we were looking for in a home. They chose properties that were in our price range and had the features we were looking for. We decided on a nice property, but Tricia and Kristen wanted us to see this other property with much the same features on our list, but this home had had more upgrades and updating that made it a "no brainer". They were right, this was a much better fit for us. Rick and I, instantly, knew that this would be our new home in Punta Gorda, Florida. I can’t tell you how happy my husband and I are with the experience we had working with Tricia.
