We, so, appreciate Tricia Magliola and Kristen Cardoso of Re/Max Nautical Realty for their expertise and dedication during our home buying experience, here, in Punta Gorda, Florida. We came for a visit to see family and decided it was time for an "adventure". After meeting Tricia and Kristen, at an Open House they were representing, we discussed our decision to Move to Punta Gorda and what we were looking for in a home. They chose properties that were in our price range and had the features we were looking for. We decided on a nice property, but Tricia and Kristen wanted us to see this other property with much the same features on our list, but this home had had more upgrades and updating that made it a "no brainer". They were right, this was a much better fit for us. Rick and I, instantly, knew that this would be our new home in Punta Gorda, Florida. Strategy and pricing discussed and the ensuing communications were all professional and easy. Many questions were answer and resources, of many varieties, provided. I can’t tell you how happy my husband and I are with the experience we had working with Tricia. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, not only was she very professional and highly knowledgeable she also was very sweet and funny such a great person. She worked hard to get us the best deal possible and we couldn’t be happier. I had originally been working with someone from a different company and fired him for numerous reasons. So happy we found Tricia. So if you are looking to buy or sell a home look no further than Tricia. I promise you will have the best experience you could have. Tricia was there for us every step of the way! We relied on her heavily because we lived in New England while purchasing a home in Punta Gorda FL. Tricia did the walk thru and final and covered every aspect of the purchase like she was buying for herself. We relied on her for getting a contractor and other necessary things to get us started.
