230 real estate agents in FL, 33966

She’s been in the area for over 20 years and has been a real estate agent for most of those 20 years. She knew the area very well. In addition she went above and beyond to help us navigate the market and all the vendors associated with buying a home. We came from NC and she set up a private FB page for us where she would tour homes we liked and provide personal videos. It was extremely helpful to be able to tour homes without having to fly back and forth. I cannot say enough about Nicole. If you need a realtor… she’s your gal. Just stop looking and reach out to her. You won’t be disappointed…. And if you are… give me a call.. I’ll buy you a beer.

Nicole was there for us selling our house in Cape Coral and the purchase of our new home in Estero. She listened and understood our needs and our wishlist. She made the process seem effortless . Nicole helped us through the process of selling from start to finish as well as helping us to find exactly what we needed. She has her finger on the pulse of the real estate market and was always available to answer our questions and concerns. I would recommend Nicole to my friends and family.

We have sold several homes and we know from experience that not all realtors are equal. Nicole was a super-star for us from start to finish. She did the research, made the recommendations, and worked hard to get us top dollar for our home. In the past we looked for agents that sold the most homes only to find out they would low ball the price of your home for fast sale. Don't make this mistake. Go with Nichole and get so much more. More service and more cash. How about an extra $20,000 in your pocket. that's what she did for us. Thanks Nicole! Your the BEST. Wayne and Melissa W.
