She’s been in the area for over 20 years and has been a real estate agent for most of those 20 years. She knew the area very well. In addition she went above and beyond to help us navigate the market and all the vendors associated with buying a home. We came from NC and she set up a private FB page for us where she would tour homes we liked and provide personal videos. It was extremely helpful to be able to tour homes without having to fly back and forth. I cannot say enough about Nicole. If you need a realtor… she’s your gal.
