Jim clearly knows the real estate market and what he is doing. Always very professional, kind and polite. Occasionally appeared to believe that we knew a bit more about the mechanics and/or details of purchasing a house than we did. Looking forward to working again with Jim to sell our Yorkshire house.

This is the second house we have purchased in North Port in 10 years with Tami as our Real Estate Agent. My wife and I were very impressed working with her on our first purchased that when it was time for our next purchase (10 years later) Tami was the only person we called to assist us. Tami is knowledgeable and helpful discussing each home visit with us and going through the pros and cons, and helping us in comparing one home visit to the next. It is a pleasure working with Tami and we would highly recommend Tami to anyone.

I first met Jesse on line to discuss with him looking for a house in Fl on the west coast.I found it very easy to talk with him,he understood what I was looking for in a home.We spoke a lot on the phone before me coming to Fl to look for a home.I’ve never heard of a realtor that would go out of their way to help a person so much!I came to Fl the 2nd wk in November to see some f the Jesse n I picked out.He showed me about 8 homes.I was so excited I wanted to see more! He even took me out to lunch,then to look for more homes.He was a perfect gentleman!I had to go home after 5 days,but Jesse n I spoke a few times during the week to keep looking for a home for me.He made me feel so good inside to be so happy n excited nat the same time.Well he finally found the right home,I just closed on the house Tuesday.I told him that he’s my knight n shining armor! Too good to be true! He’s very caring and really puts himself out to help some one in need,I’m the one in need!Hes 1 in a million.He even offered to help me unload my pod.Now tell me,that doesn’t happen.But I’m so glad to make his acquaintance!!
