Marsh was such a pleasure to work with! He has made the process of buying a home from out of state seem like a piece of cake! He has gone above and beyond to help my parents with every step. He did absolutely everything from viewing the properties and sending videos/photos, inspections, learning to operate the pool, to referrals for services needed. Since they were not able to be there for any of it, they "bought the property blind" and were completely at ease. They knew Marsh had their best interests in mind and had the experience needed to direct them the right way. They could not be happier with the home or their experience working with Marsh and Robyn! Excellent service, very professional

Jim clearly knows the real estate market and what he is doing. Always very professional, kind and polite. Occasionally appeared to believe that we knew a bit more about the mechanics and/or details of purchasing a house than we did. Looking forward to working again with Jim to sell our Yorkshire house.
