Easy to communicate with, always responsive, extremely knowledgeable of the area and provided excellent insight to the houses we looked at. They made everything easy in the transaction, even the difficult transaction we were part of. They did all the setup of inspections, worked to get us insurance quotes, vendor suggestions such as pool service, bug service, etc. Did a great job negotiating with the other realtor and getting updates when needed on a complicated transaction.
