We worked with Penny Walding trying to purchase a home. We were looking for specific needs such as a fenced yard, a lot large enough for a motor home, and within our budget. Penny was always ready to show us homes even on short notice. If we had any questions, she found the answers. The process went smoothly and we closed early. Penny is a excellent, professional realtor to work with. Highly Recommend!!!

Peggy, you are a stellar agent! You have been very astute in the selection process, very observant. You have taken careful note of my pros and cons in the home buying process and you’ve been careful to honor those desires. I can’t thank you enough for walking with me from the beginning to the very end. And for facilitating my kids and their desires too. You’re amazing! And very knowledgeable. Thank you!
