I actually never met Sharon until after the purchase of our condo. My wife and I live in Rhode Island. My wife flew to the Punta Gorda area to look at properties for sale. Sharon was the listing agent for a condo property of interest. After meeting Sharon, and viewing the condo, my wife told me she wanted to stick with Sharon as we made real estate decisions in the area. Once it turned out that the condo was the property we wanted to buy I took the lead in closing on the condo. Sharon was a huge help through the entire process. From inspections to financing to insurance...Sharon had the connections and knew the steps. With her excellent guidance we were able to make an offer and close on the condo within a month.
