Katie and Chuck were excellent at communicating results from open houses and other viewings. When there was a question by a potential buyer regarding if a fence was allowed by the HOA, they worked tirelessly to obtain the information in a timely manner. Katie made herself available for us to see properties on Sundays which is my husband’s only day off. She was extremely knowledgeable about the homes we looked at and several builders. I’m an over thinker and stressed myself out several times throughout the process and each time Katie was patient and talked me through everything top to bottom as many times as I needed.
