Cleveland is a great agent and a pleasure to work with. He helped me with the comps of properties in Lehigh Acres and Fort Myers while I was looking to make offers on investment properties. He also was able to arrange for people to do maintenance for the properties while preparing to sell (yard work, painting, handyman repairs). I have since recommended Cleveland to some friends in the area and they have had nothing but nice things to say about his work.

I can’t thank Debra enough for everything!!! She is so knowledgeable with all aspects of selling a home!!!!! I couldn’t have done it without her. Anytime I had a question she had the answer and responded back immediately!!!! She made the process go smooth and fast!!!! I recommend her to everyone who is looking to sell or buy a home!!!!! She went over and beyond!!!! She wasn’t just a realtor she was a friend through it all!!!! Thank you Debra!!!!!
