Kristen and Tricia did an amazing job of selling our home. They held many open houses, did a lot of digital advertising, and worked hard to get the job done. With us living in another state, they were also helpful with checking on the house and helping to address concerns that came up in the process. I would highly recommend their team for buying and selling. They know Florida, and they know the market.

She stayed on top of the negotiations and kept me we'll informed especially since we had a problem buyer.

Kristen was a joy to work with, always had the answers to my questions. its was nice to work with a professional Realtor.

Maryanna is very prompt, accurate and knows the real estate business! We were very pleased with her expertise. She exceeded our expectations in the sale of our property. We highly recommend her!

Working with Clara Tovar was one of the best parts of our home buying experience. She was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and truly cared about helping us find the right home. Buying a house can be stressful, but Clara made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. She kept us informed every step of the way, answered all of our questions, and always had our best interests in mind. We never felt pressured and always felt supported throughout the process. We’re so thankful for all of her hard work and would absolutely recommend Clara Tovar to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

She was very receptive—in addition to possessing extensive knowledge regarding the work—and was very confident and positive.
