Daralyn jumped right in, researched the lots for us, answered our questions, and guided us through the entire process. Even after we returned home to Connecticut, she made it incredibly easy to complete everything remotely. During our buying journey, there were a few changes we wanted to make, and Daralyn was great about making them happen and making sure we ultimately got what we wanted. She was efficient, communicated well, and was always prompt about getting us answers whenever questions came up. We really appreciated how responsive and helpful she was from start to finish. Kimmie was fantastic throughout this journey. She was always available right away when I needed her and got me speedy answers when needed. Kimmie was also able to recommend wonderful help with the projects needed to get my house ready. This is the fifth house I have sold and this was definitely my best experience so far. He really knows the Tampa Bay market because he has lived here all his life and he stays involved and up to date. He also understands the legal jargon because both of his parents are lawyers, and he has learned a lot from them. I recommend him to my friends all the time. He can be truested.

If we ever decide to sell our home there is no question who we'll be calling. We can't thank her enough for everything she did for us and we recommend her without hesitation.

Long helped us find the house we were looking for, despite it taking timr to find the right one. What impressed me most is that she continued to help us with the new house well past closing, helping us get it emptied of a lot of stuff that got left behind. Long is easy to deal with, easy to get a hold of and clearly dedicated to helping her clients. We would absolutely recommend her. She knows Marco Island inside and out.
