Kimmie was fantastic throughout this journey. She was always available right away when I needed her and got me speedy answers when needed. Kimmie was also able to recommend wonderful help with the projects needed to get my house ready. This is the fifth house I have sold and this was definitely my best experience so far. Hope I don't have to move again but Kimmie would be my first call.

Nancy handled every aspect of the sale of our property during the illness of myself and spouse. She kept me apprised of status, offered advice on pricing, led me through my solo attempt at selling property, personally assisted in the entire process, and, most importantly, sold our property in a timely manner at a very good price. I have already referred friends to Nancy!

Bogan was so patient with me, and he kept in touch regularly so I wasn't nervous. We looked at quite a few houses and found the best one for me. He really knows the Tampa Bay market because he has lived here all his life and he stays involved and up to date. He also understands the legal jargon because both of his parents are lawyers, and he has learned a lot from them. I recommend him to my friends all the time. He can be truested.

Angela was great in guiding us through the process of selling our family owned home. Our father built the home in 1976 the home help lots of memories for myself and siblings. Angela went above and beyond in helping us navigate the rough waters of saying good bye to a home my siblings and I grew up in.
