With us not always being present in town, James would always be responsive and available to take detailed videos of properties of interest. This gave us greater confidence to plan trips to come see properties in person. Once we located the right property, James was essential in handling offer terms, inspections items, and coordinating all other aspects of our purchase. As someone in the real estate business myself (in another state), I can confidently say she and her Transaction Coordinator, Joe Blasko, are absolute top-tier. Emilie went above and beyond every step of the way and then somehow went even further at closing with the sweetest (and most delicious) gifts: sausage from her home-raised pigs, fresh eggs from her chickens, and gardening goodies. Honestly, I came for a house and left with a mini farm starter kit… my kids are still asking when the chickens are moving in. Professional, thoughtful, and just an all-around joy to work with.
