When setting the listing price, she compared other sales in the area to make sure we got top dollar for our property, but also took into account what price point would limit potential buyers considering the work that needed to be done. During contract negotiations, she was rational in her advice, basing everything on market trends, the work that needed to be done on the property, and time on the market. When the difficult buyer fell through, Alyssa made extra efforts to ensure a new buyer came along quickly; sending email blasts advertising our property and adjusting the listing. Ultimately, I don’t think we would have sold this property without Alyssa. She is truly a top Realtor and we can’t thank her enough!

Alyssa Barker was so helpful from start to finish in the sale of our Florida home. She communicated with us at all the proper times , giving us expert advice. We had a couple of small problems and delays along the way , not to our fault or Alyssas but her advice and calmness during these delays really reassured us and put our mind at ease. One was a banking issue from the buyers. It caused a delay. Alyssa experience and past knowledge got us through that without a panic. The last one was hurricane Ian. Again Alyssa continued communication and advice saw us through another delay to finalising the deal.
