When the difficult buyer fell through, Alyssa made extra efforts to ensure a new buyer came along quickly; sending email blasts advertising our property and adjusting the listing. Alyssa Barker was so helpful from start to finish in the sale of our Florida home. She communicated with us at all the proper times , giving us expert advice. We had a couple of small problems and delays along the way , not to our fault or Alyssas but her advice and calmness during these delays really reassured us and put our mind at ease. One was a banking issue from the buyers. It caused a delay. Alyssa experience and past knowledge got us through that without a panic. The last one was hurricane Ian. Again Alyssa continued communication and advice saw us through another delay to finalising the deal.
