Rory has worked with us on two Sarasota transactions. We selected him for the second because of his patience and diligence on the first. Not only did Rory find us many attractive and appropriate listings, without wasting our time on properties that fell outside of our parameters, but he was critical in the negotiating and closing process. He made the entire process as pleasant as could be expected, and his ancillary services, such as closing agent, have been most helpful to us as we develop this property.

If you want an agent who actually listens, look no further. From our very first meeting, it was clear that Emma completely grasped the vision I had for my future home. She did a phenomenal job curating options that aligned perfectly with my preferences while remaining strictly respectful of my budget parameters. What stood out most was her excellent communication style; and she kept me informed at every critical juncture without ever being overbearing. We struck the perfect balance of professional expertise and personal attentiveness, making the entire process remarkably straightforward.
