Ethan Libera was recommended by a trusted associate. She said that he would turn over every rock to successfully sell our property, and she was right. Ethan was thorough in his research, knowledgable about the market that we were targeting, and realistic in his recommended pricing strategy. He energetically showed the property to multiple potential buyers, and secured several bids. He successfully negotiated with potential buyers to our advantage, without loosing their interest in the property. Ethan was accessible and communicated regularly via phone calls, emails and texts to keep us updated and answer our questions. His advice was honest and on target. He knows his business and I wish him all the success in the future. I was also very impressed to learn about the missions and philanthropic work he is involved with around the world, to help people who are less fortunate than we are, get a home of their own. Keep up the good work Ethan!

Andrew has extensive knowledge of real estate coupled with education and excellent communication skills. His professionalism is a rare find in today’s culture.

Andrew was an absolute game changer for us in the sale of our house. He works with professionalism and character. He also carries a relentless work ethic. He is very responsive to any needs and, most of all, he listens to his clients. He is very knowledgeable of the current market as well as past markets and what the future markets may hold. He provided us with so much wisdom and often gave us a perspective that we had not thought through yet. This is the fourth house we have sold in the past 11 years and this, by far, was our smoothest and quickest transaction. We will be purchasing another house in the coming months in a nearby city. We've had several other agents attempt to gain our business, but we are set on using Andrew as our buying agent as well due to our excellent experience with him on the selling side. Lastly, while working with him we've been able to see a snapshot of how he runs his company. He is a great leader and mentor who runs an exemplary real estate organization. It is no surprise why so many agents are attracted to working under the DASH Real Estate brand.
