He has an incredible amount of knowledge about all things regarding homes and is ready to get his hands dirty to help in whatever way he can. He is patient answering the hundreds of questions that come up and has a tremendous sense of humor that helps reduce the stress of the whole process. Barbara did SO great in making things easy to understand - I know near to nothing of buying a home aside from the walkthrough my bank provided and what research I did before making the decision.
