Matt Everett made my home-buying process pretty stress-free. He answered every text and email within minutes and explained every detail of the contract as well as the complete home buying process so I always knew what to expect. Matt is knowledgeable on the market inside and out. He pointed out school districts, commute times, and details about the neighborhood I never would have noticed on my own. Matt was very responsive to any of questions in which I had many he was patient and honest about everything through the entire process. I would recommend Matt to anyone I know currently looking for a home or property and I would personally use Matt again if I were to purchase another property in the future.
We really enjoyed working with Lori Raath as our real estate agent. We had a house to sell in a 55+ community. It was not easy, but Lori worked very hard to make it happen. She was great at communicating what we needed to do to help us in selling our house. She has a wealth of information concerning the housing market, strategies to help the house sell and she knew the community we lived in extremely well. She was always available... if not right away, she always returned phone calls or texts and took the time to meet with us whenever we felt we needed to. Although our house sold for a lower price than what we originally listed it at, we see that as the fault of the existing market today... especially in a 55+ community. We would recommend Lori Raath to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in the Winter Haven area and especially in Lake Ashton.

Dolores was excellent! We live in Iowa and were purchasing a condo in Winterhaven, Fl. My husband and I were both worried about handling everything long distance. She made the process so smooth, and walked us through each step. She also was a big help in giving us some dependable painters, tile cleaners, and housekeeper, so when we got there a month later everything was already completed.
