This is my husbands favorite house. As my husband, he was the most diligent buyer, Fonda negotiated this purchase 3 times! Finally, the sellers were unable to move out, so they rented the house back from us. This was one interesting purchase. The inspection yielded several issues which resulted in the first 2 buyers to pass on the property. Only after the first 2 buyers gave up, were we able to negotiate the right deal on this property.

We worked with Tracey on the purchase of a vacation home in Florida. Always ready to show homes. Rose had a good understanding of our needs/wants, and did a great job in home suggestions. Always communicated well, on time, and went out of her way, and showed houses multiple times. I would recommend her anytime!
